Test results are not back yet, however we have just spoken to one of the senior Obstetricians (Prof Lau). He says that the current thinking is that the fluid is actually urine. As a result it is possible that the problem stems from some form of perforation in the bladder or the urinary tract. If this is the problem, then Will may need surgery to repair the issue. They will drain the fluid when they have confirmed this. They also need to determine if there has been any issue with the kidneys as a result of the pressure. At this stage they still look good, but it needs to be checked. If there is some issue this is a more serious concern. They will know some time this afternoon whether or not this diagnosis is correct. They hope it is because at this stage they have no other theories as to the cause. It is also not the worst case scenario which is good news.

I have been praying for Will this morning at chapel at Thomas' school.
I am continuing to follow your updates and pray for quick answers and resolution and that the Drs will be guided by God's amazing wisdom.
It does sound like Will is a fighter - are you sure it doesn't mean strong- willed? Just a thought!!
Harold and Julie, We have just read your blog with todays news. Our prayers are with you and with Will, and also with the Drs who are treating him. How are you two bearing up? How are Jack and Cleo managing? It is good that you have Aurora at home so that there is someone familiar if you have to leave them suddenly. We are praying for them too. On Sunday there were special prayers offered in our Church for all of you and Rev. Margerie made special mention of you and Will during the notices. Val made the effort to go to Church on Sunday, which meant Stephen came too, instead of waiting for Margerie to bring communion over here after lunch. Quite a number of people spoke to us, to them and to Martin and family telling us that they would also hold you all in their prayers. It is very good that for all the problems it seems that he is strong in himself. We praise God for that. We continue to pray and monitor this computer of Stephen's. It does a better job than mine. Lots of love for all from all at 29, Orton St. Love mum and Dad.
Dorothy told us about baby Will and we are praying for you guys and Will from Tokyo. Our baby Isaac was born at 23 weeks and is still in NICU as well so we fully understand how difficult it is. I will ask others to pray as well.
God bless,
Sonia and Jong
